How moderation works

Our Hijrah is useful only if families can trust what they read. Reviews are checked before publication and can be reported after publication.

First-hand only

Reviews should come from parents or guardians with direct experience of the school. Hearsay, copied forum posts and promotional submissions do not belong here.

AI helps with triage

AI may transcribe, structure and screen a review for obvious spam, abuse or low-quality content. It does not publish acceptable reviews by itself.

Human review before publication

A human admin reviews acceptable submissions before they appear publicly. Borderline submissions stay held until they can be checked.

Corrections and reports

Every published review can be reported or corrected. Reports are routed to the admin queue so harmful, stale or private information can be addressed.
