What we collect

When you submit a school review, report, school suggestion, or newsletter interest request, we collect the details you choose to provide. This can include your display name, private email address, review text, ratings, school context, journey stage, topic preferences and any report or correction details.

What stays private

Private email addresses are used for verification and follow-up only. They are not shown on public school pages. Review pages show only the display name you provide, or an anonymous parent label if you do not provide one.

Moderation and AI processing

Voice reviews may be transcribed and structured with Cloudflare Workers AI. Written and voice reviews may be checked by an AI moderation gate, but acceptable reviews are held for human admin review before publication.

Operational data

We may store basic operational data such as timestamps, status, verification tokens and hashed IP information for abuse prevention, rate limiting and moderation. We do not sell personal data.

Newsletter interest

The Malaysia updates form is an interest register, not a live mailing list. We store the email address, selected journey stage, topic preferences, source page, consent text and basic operational data. We will not send newsletter updates until a proper confirmation and unsubscribe flow is configured.

Contact

The direct contact mailbox is being set up. Until it is live, use the review report form for published-review concerns, corrections, and deletion requests.
